DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

Deposits payable within 7 days of reservation made.

Reservations could be cancelled without notice if deposits are not received on time.

Non-refundable deposit is 50% of the full account.

Full amount to be settled two weeks prior to arrival.

No refunds will be made: 

  • if the notice of cancellation is received within 16 days of the arrival date
  • in cases of guests’ premature departure.

 Note: all refunds are subjected to a R200,00 administration fee.

No payments are to be made at arrival and must be finalised prior to arrival. Download the terms and conditions here.

KEYS COLLECTION & DROP OFF

Keys are only issued after the full account has been settled.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Guests are welcome from 14:00. 

Please note that guests must vacate the flats before 10:00 in the morning. If guests depart after 10:00, they will be liable for a full day’s tariff.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • The apartments are serviced from Mondays to Fridays every week (excluding dishes).
  • NO VISITORS OF GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO SLEEP OVER IN THE APARTMENTS.
  • No pets allowed.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Apartments may not be sublet.
  • Kindly be considerate of and respectful toward fellow guests and permanent Stellenbosch residents regarding noise levels and appropriate conduct.
  • If found guilty of misconduct, Factory 209 reserves the right to request the person to immediately vacate the apartment without a refund.
  • Factory 209 accepts no responsibility for guests’ private belongings during their stay.
  • Parking at Waldenhof is available behind a security gate. Visitors enter the premises and park vehicles at own risk.

  • Parking at Crozierhof is available on request. Visitors enter the premises and park their vehicles at own risk.

    All complaints and enquiries can be directed to the reservation office. Only in the event of an emergency, messages will be conveyed to guests.

GROUP ACCOMMODATION

Group accommodation for larger groups is available in Stellenbosch University Residences during the annual June/ July and December/ January holidays.

Bedding is provided and meals can be arranged at an extra cost.
