Each unit is equipped with a monitor. Guests are welcome to connect their own laptops to the monitor to stream or watch downloaded content. Kindly ensure that you bring your own HDMI cable.

A DStv decoder is available. However, guests must bring their own DStv smart card and log in using their personal DStv credentials to access channels.

Accommodation in the heart of Stellenbosch and within walking distance of main attractions.

Every unit is fully equipped, including bedding and towels. Apartments are cleaned every third day, with bedding and towel laundry service included.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, stove, iron, and ironing board. In the seating area, you will find a monitor, a lounge suite, a dining room table and chairs. Bathrooms comprise a shower, basin, and toilet.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The apartments are serviced from Mondays to Fridays every week (excluding dishes).
NO VISITORS OF GUESTS ARE ALLOWED TO SLEEP OVER IN THE APARTMENTS.
No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed.
Apartments may not be sublet.
Kindly be considerate of and respectful toward fellow guests and permanent Stellenbosch residents regarding noise levels and appropriate conduct.
If found guilty of misconduct, Factory 209 reserves the right to request the person to immediately vacate the apartment without a refund.
Factory 209 accepts no responsibility for guests’ private belongings during their stay.
Parking at Waldenhof is available behind a security gate. Visitors enter the premises and park vehicles at own risk.
Parking at Crozierhof is available on request. Visitors enter the premises and park their vehicles at own risk.
All complaints and enquiries can be directed to the reservation office. Only in the event of an emergency, messages will be conveyed to guests.

GROUP ACCOMMODATION

Group accommodation for larger groups is available in Stellenbosch University Residences during the annual June/ July and December/ January holidays.

Bedding is provided and meals can be arranged at an extra cost.
